What to do during this Christmas?

The exciting holiday is here again and let’s immerse ourselves in some Christmas cheer. Who says we need snow to enjoy? Here are some places you can go to during this season:

See the streets of the famous shopping belt decked with a gorgeously illuminated Christmas village, Instagram-worthy installations, etc. Strike a pose and take a snap by the impressive set pieces that line the street. The street also turns into a stage with mini-performances by local musicians and jazz bands providing the ultimate ‘live’ soundtrack to get you in the mood for the season. Don’t forget to bring your cameras!

Revel in the festivities at Singapore’s most popular year-end event, Christmas Wonderland at Gardens by the Bay, from 29 November to 26 December 2019. Magical luminaire lights transform the fairground into a stunning wonderland complete with Yuletide favorites and festive fun for everyone. Meet Santa, experience ‘snow’ in the tropics, enjoy carnival games and rides, sing along to your favorite Christmas carols, shop at the charming Festive Market and so much more!

Christmas is truly the season for the ‘gram. Head to Chijmes where there will be plenty of light installations and laser projections throughout the grounds of the former convent. Snap a pic with a Santa and sleigh neon light-up one of the facades of Chijmes where there are beautiful graphics being projected on it.

Celebrate the holidays at Universal Studios Singapore, and make it the merriest Christmas yet. Join Gru, Lucy, and the girls from the Despicable Me family along with the mischievous Minions. Accompany Santa on his sleigh, then watch as he takes you on a magical storytelling journey. Meet Sesame Street neighbors and wild friends from Madagascar, catch a collection of Christmas shows, then immerse in our largest snowfall ever. Plus, experience world-class rides and attractions as you make it a December to remember.

Do you wanna build a snowman? Step out of the humidity and into the magical wonderland of Arendelle ruled by Disney princesses Anna and Elsa at Changi Airport from now until January 5. Meander through Terminal 3 which houses a massive centerpiece including Anna and Elsa’s castle, four activity zones designed around the elements of earth, wind, fire and water, and a Frozen 2-themed light and snow show at the main exhibition area.
