  • The H.E.R Summit Pass is Non-Transferable.
  • All Passes purchased are strictly non- refundable. Should the Pass Holder be terminated or resigned from their company, their pass cannot be transferred, nor will the pass be refunded.
  • Only VIP H.E.R Asia Summit 2019 passes are transferable to one other person of choice.
  • Non-transferable benefits:
    • All vouchers
    • Personal promotional codes
    • Preferential rates to purchase from partner/member companies
    • Attendance for regular monthly H.E.R LearnXNetworking Workshops
  • Pass holders shall be responsible for informing H.E.R Entrepreneur of any change to their mailing address or personal particulars.
  • E.R Entrepreneur shall not be responsible for any dispute or situation regardless of whether it results in any loss or damage that may arise due to incorrect or outdated records.
  • Pass Holders agree to be bound by H.E.R Entrepreneur’s Privacy Policy, as shall be amended from time to time, which outlines how H.E.R Entrepreneur manages a Pass holder’s personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 or such other statutory provisions, and shall be deemed to have consented to H.ER Entrepreneur’s collection, use or disclosure of a Pass Holder’s personal data for purposes set out therein relating to Pass Holders, H.E.R Entrepreneur’s general business purposes, any purposes reasonably connected with the above-mentioned purposes and any other purposes for which H.E.R Entrepreneur have specially obtained consent.
  • E.R Entrepreneur’s privacy policy sets out the manner in which H.E.R Entrepreneur collects, uses, manages and protects Personal Data which refers to data (whether true or not) that is capable of identifying a natural person, whether on its own or in conjunction with other data that is accessible to H.E.R Entrepreneur.

  • Such Personal Data shall also refer to data which is already in the possession of H.E.R Entrepreneur or that which shall be collected by H.E.R Entrepreneur in the future.
  • Pass Holders agree to the collection of personal data to provide you with products, information, and services.
  • We may use your information to track your purchase history and to contact you for an account and promotional purposes.
  • We may also use your personal information for other legitimate business purposes such as marketing collateral on social media or on the prospectus, including to detect and prevent fraud, to collect amounts owing to us and to maintain business records.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
